We are not responsible for parental objections after delivery.
We are not responsible for emotional dissatisfaction with surprise content.
We will not send:
- Hate speech
- Harassment
- Illegal content
You agree not to misuse the service in any way that harms others.
We reserve the right to:
- Change themes
- Adjust creative direction
- Modify packaging style
- Update these Terms & Conditions
Continued subscription constitutes acceptance of updates.
What You Receive
What you are guaranteed every month:
- A personalised letter
- A limited, numbered print
- 2+ stickers
By signing up for Sweet Mail, you understand and agree:
- Items are curated and random, depending on what the artist has created or selected for the particular month.
- Contents vary from month to month.
- You may receive postcards, additional stickers, art prints, handwritten notes, drawings, magnets, or small paper goods alongside the guaranteed list of items in your mail.
- You may receive repeat themes, but NEVER repeat artwork.
- You may receive seasonal or experimental content.
- Not all items are customisable.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific themes
- Specific colours
- Specific handwriting styles
- Specific paper types
- A certain monetary value per envelope
The surprise element is part of the service.
When You Get Your Mail
Mail is shipped out once per month.
Typical dispatch window:
- Between the 21st and 24th of each month.
By subscribing, you agree:
- Delivery times depend entirely on the postal system.
- Domestic delivery may take 3–14+ business days.
- International delivery may take 1–6+ weeks.
- Holidays may cause delays.
- Customs processing may cause delays.
- Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Once mail is handed to the postal service, it is outside our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Postal delays
- Lost mail
- Stolen mail
- Mail damaged in transit
- Customs seizure
Refunds are not issued for:
- Postal delays
- Delivery timing dissatisfaction
- International shipping timeframes
You are responsible for:
- Providing the correct mailing address.
- Updating your address before the monthly cutoff date.
- Ensuring your mailbox is secure and accessible.
We are not responsible for mail sent to:
- Incorrect addresses provided by you.
- Old addresses not updated before cutoff.
- Shared buildings, dormitories, or unsecured mail areas.
Returned mail may require a reshipment fee.
Handmade and Imperfect
Many items may be:
- Handwritten
- Hand-assembled
- Printed in small batches
Minor imperfections such as:
- Ink variation
- Slight smudging
- Paper texture differences
Are considered normal and part of the handmade charm.
Subscription Billing
- This is a recurring monthly subscription.
- Billing occurs automatically each month.
- Subscriptions renew until canceled.
- Cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
- No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Once a month’s mail has shipped, it is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
Gift Subscription / Mail
If you purchase a gift subscription:
- You are responsible for entering the correct recipient address via the cart note when purchasing Sweet Mail.
- The recipient may not be notified unless you choose to inform them.
- Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the first shipment has been sent.
- We are not responsible if the recipient refuses mail.
International Shipping
International subscribers understand:
- Customs may inspect mail.
- Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Some items may be restricted in certain countries.
- Delivery may take several weeks.
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Confiscation
- Additional import fees
Packaging
We aim to use:
- Recyclable or biodegradable packaging where possible.
- Recycled paper or eco-friendly materials when available.
However:
- Exact materials may vary month to month.
- We do not guarantee zero-waste packaging.
- Packaging styles may change without notice.
