Processing Times

All artwork is carefully prepared and packaged by hand.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Framed originals may require a little extra preparation time to ensure they are securely packaged.

UK Shipping

Orders within the UK typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location.

International Shipping

International orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Please note:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

• Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or busy holiday periods.

Packaging

All originals, framed works, and prints are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely.
Framed pieces are securely wrapped and boxed with protective materials.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact beckysweetart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and artwork so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
